Every city and town has signs saying 'No Dogs Allowed.' Here's one of Monaco's in the gardens opposite the Casino. There are many beautiful old trees in these gardens - this one is Araucaria Excelsa, the Norfolk Island Pine. You can see a completely different view of the Casino gardens here.

My dachshunds breathed a sigh of relief when they saw this sign -- so very often in France "No Dogs Allowed" depicts a dachshund ! NB Isabella, near this particular sign no one would DARE misbehave as a policeman would pounce within seconds .....

Funny how they'll allow dogs in restaurants so many places, and yet where do dogs go to do their 'thing'?! Poor doggies.
