The market is in the Places des Armes. You can see a photograph of this beautiful square by clicking on the link. It's situated below Le Rocher (where you'll find the palace) - you can just glimpse Le Rocher behind the flower stall.
Oh, Jilly, I cannot tell you how much I miss the flower market across the street from our apartment in Paris! I could look out from the balcony and check what fresh deliveries they received. And we enjoyed different bouquets every week...
