Monaco Grand Prix - The Bolt Carrier

This young man's job is to deliver materials to other workers, such as those we saw yesterday. He's carrying what appears to be bolts (probably the wrong word) that secure one piece of scaffolding to another,

He doesn't look too happy, does he? Although later, he did give me the briefest smile.

Yep, those are bolts with nuts on them in the photo. Nice picture of the young man wearing the latest in fashion in his eyebrows.

He looks incredibly well dressed -- WHITE on a building site??? lol. Anyway, at least those workers yesterday were wearing safety harnesses - you'd need to be a circus performer I reckon.

Thanks for all your best wishes on my Blogbirth Day!

Does he have to climb up to deliver them? If so, it would be a reason not to be too happy!

Excellent portrait Jilly. Smiling faces don't always make the best portraits, this one is a perfect example!

If I had to carry heavy bolts all day long I probably wouldn't smile very much either. However, in this case, he may just by shy.

It's a very serious job! People's lives depend on his bolts. I'm glad he's taking it seriously!!! ;-)

Lucky to have a job in his life but he spends the days dreaming of another life he might have had. Either that or he's wondering why you want to take his photo when there are all those riches out there.
He could be the yacht owner's son of course, just a little gloomy that Dad is making him spend his morning handling the bolts.
