Yes, like Abe said, unfortunately people are very uptight here about silly things like breasts,lol. Breastfeeding in public is very controversial. Strange since that's really what the breasts are made for,lol
Back a few years, there was a bloke who would spray-paint you with emu oil, (or something), on Surfers Paradise beach. Trouble was, that the oil would rot the elastic in bra tops. Naturally, Aussie girls would overcome such a difficulty by removing the offending garment(s). Simple solution, happy blokes, happy girls. Nothing could be more simple. Life is for living, legal is just up the steps. Cool shot, Jilly !!
The men seem not to concerned with her. Funny, because here in Idaho, USA every man within town would be there taking in an eye full like they've never seen a boob before (even though they probably have ones just as big on their own bodies).
Oh I can now see the object of their attention, there, on the beach, a lady with exposed boobs.

What a great story-photo. Topless bathing is so common and acceptable that the guy doesn't seem to notice! Perhaps he's too old? Nah! Never too old!!
