Here you see the mirror above
Moods, the new nightclub in Monaco. These photographs were taken the day after it opened - still workers around doing last minute touch ups. At night, cascades of water fall each side of the steps.

(I'm in the USA at the moment - Westerville, near Columbus, Ohio - later I'll be in Utah - so big apologies for lack of comments over the last week and thanks so much to everyone who is commenting on my blogs. I really appreciate them. I hope, from today, to slowly start commenting again provided Internet access allows it).
What great composition, and you were smart enough to keep your reflection out of the mirror (although you could have made an Escher-y self portrait). Just really good work.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Utah. It's spectacular.
Wonderful composition and capture indeed!
ReplyDeleteA superb reflection...really amazing!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the States,You are in the heart of the country and I hope you have good weather to enjoy the gorgeous views.
I can see you quite clearly in the background, wearing I think, a cherry coloured top.
ReplyDeleteBlame all those megapixels for that !!
The photo gives quite an optical illusion, until one studies it.
Wonderful composition and reflection.
You would be quite close to Brookville Ohio.
Perhaps you may recognize someone ?
I looove that reflection! Great effect!
ReplyDeleteOoh, beautiful reflection! And I find it amazing that you didn't get reflected—where were you standing? Super!
ReplyDeleteOh, and enjoy your trip! Be safe.
ReplyDeleteNeat photo, and I like the way you included the shot of the entry to the club.
ReplyDeleteMarvellous image. The reflction is pretty spectauclar.
ReplyDeleteNeat, how did you not end up in the reflection?
ReplyDeleteI see you in the reflection too, Jilly, especially when the photo is enlarged. This photo is truly spectacular, I agree. The entrance to Moods must look fantastic at night when the fountains are running.
ReplyDeleteJilly,
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. The refection is superb! Monte Carlo...lucky you!
Awesome, I love this type of pose, and you captured her smile really well. The lighting is great too, really draws you right where you need to look.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful reflection. I like it very much!
