ROFL, I'm laughing because from the title and the first photo, I'm thinking he got the call from God, then he literally gets a call,lol...how do you catch these photos? I love them!
His little chat on the phone somehow takes away from his lofty garb! Great shot.
Hee! I saw plenty of Buddhist monks texting on cell phones and whatnot when I was in China. Somehow it just ruins the image... :)
I enjoy pictures like the second one. Yes, I, too, saw lots of Buddhist monks on cell phones in China and some in Japan. Also saw a photo somewhere on a conservative Muslim woman talking on one through her burqa (not sure how that worked). It is a symbol of modernism penetrating tradition.
