Maintenance workers at the Heliport clamber all over one of the helicopters.
In the smaller photograph, we see a group of them enjoying the antics of the circus tigers when they were here in January. The circus adjoins the Heliport. The men, not in red, are a television crew.
Gail and I have flown in helicopters; one in Sydney & one in Dubai. It was quite expensive but great fun and we got some great pictures.
ReplyDeleteThere's a TV programme about Monte Carlo on this week. I'll have to watch it and tell you what I think.
Great helicopter photos. I can't get over how blue the sea is.
ReplyDeleteI like the contrast betweent he helicopter workers one moment being the professional and technicians, and the next minute watching a circus animal like a child would do.
ReplyDeleteI would love to take a ride on a helicopter! Have you been up in one over Monaco? I bet you could get some wonderful aerial shots.
ReplyDeleteThe programme is on ITV on Thursday at 9pm. It's called Piers Morgan on Monte Carlo. Be interesting to if I can spot some of the places you've shown us.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info, Gail's Man. I'll watch it although I've since read some info on this programme, written by a local, who says it doesn't give a true story of Monaco at all. Well, we'll see. Hopefully you get to see some nice scenery and perhaps a car or two!
