The structure (you see all of it in the smaller photograph) is the Automobile Club of Monaco's extension. This is put up each year for members of the ACM to watch the race but is also available for visiting ex-racing drivers and presumably for anyone who is lucky enough to have been given a ticket.We'll see a little more of this tomorrow.
