Utter concentration to get it right. This guy works for the Astana team. You see one of Lance Armstrong's bikes behind him - advertising his Livestrong Foundation. Yes, I think he'd better concentrate fully if he's working with the Astana team! Great photo, and I love it since I'm a huge fan of the Tour!
I wouldn't mind having my own personal bike mechanic!
