I never would have thought of an ice cream boat. I wonder if he has those little bells to ring like the ice cream trucks do.
We used to have something similar in Ft. L. The authorities shut him down for not having a washroom. Hard to believe but true.
That's using the old noggin! I have an idea, I'll come down there and run a WINE boat!!!
