A painting for sale in the Galerie Monaco Fine Arts. Depicting the Casino in the background, it's called Monte Carlo By Night by the Russian artist Viatcheslav Plotnikov.
The price? If it's right, I just might pop over to make a purchase! Hah! I imagine that the room in which it would be hung would have to be somewhat grand! My house? Homey, but not grand!!
I'm sure you could do something similar with photos Jilly. Take loads and them merge them together in Photoshop or similar. would make a good pastiche.
I suppose that there is someone out there who would buy this large illustration for a lot of money and think that it is fine art. I was fooled, though, when I saw the thumbnail. Squinting at it through my trifocals, I thought it had something to do with Siegfried and Roy.
