Not everyone in Monaco has an enormous yacht. Some have small boats that need work on the outboard motor.

I disagree, but my mother used to say that the two happiest days in a man's life are the day he buys a boat and the day he sells the boat.
Here we would say he was "putzing" around with his boat! HA Great shot.
