The lady on the left with the red and black shoes handed out the programmes - I imagine she works for the Direction des Affaires Culturelles de Monaco. The lady on the right I'd noticed earlier and had taken her photo as she crossed the road. She asked if I'd taken her photo. 'Yes,' I said, 'I was rather fascinated with your outfit.' She told me she is a designer from Germany and then asked if I would send her the photos - which of course I will.

These women are beautiful, and afcourse the designer is perfect. Having her own style, in the middle of monaco!
I'm with Joanny, the hat and scarf are very smart but that dress is not flattering at all. I think it also makes her look a bit of a fashion victim. She seems to have a lot of confidence in her look though, which I always find admirable.
Not something I would wear, but it does have a certain je ne sais quoi.
I'm going to pass on the dress. I do want those cute red flats though!!
