This sexy vehicle was parked outside Stars n Bars where its owner was eating lunch. It wasn't until I went around the back that I saw the cute little Jack Russell.The car, known as a Razor, is a side-by-side ATV (all terrain vehicle) only 50 inches wide, weighs 945 pounds and has a 4-stroke twin-cylinder 800 cc engine.
