This is apparently what you wear when you don't want your bra straps to show! It's on sale at a fair that is currently taking place in the circus tent in Fontvieille.
Looks more like a fetishist's starter kit to me, because anyone who would actually use it could probably go without a bra on that occasion. Also, there are much simpler, more comfortable ways of accomplishing the same effect.
What shoes will she wear with it?

Since fashion today seems to allow undergarments to show, this might be an improvement to some things I've seen.
