A Monaco Christmas - Just a Load of Balls...
We're inside the Café de Paris building looking towards the small casino that houses some gaming machines. This is not the real casino of course - that's the beautiful Belle Epoque building across the square. I've seen day tourists from the cruise liners walk in here thinking it's the real deal.

It certainly has the look and appearance of Christmas with those lovely decorations.
It says "Entre Libre" above the door. That should be a clue that it is not the real Monte Carlo Casino.
Except the day trippers from cruise ships probably don't speak a word of French.
(My brother once tried to get directions to Versailles, Kentucky and no one there knew what he was talking about because they pronounced it like it would be written "ver-sails."
For some reason it reminds me of the American Airlines terminal at O'Hare but I'll bet that your security is much more pleasant.
