So often, people think of La Turbie simply as an exit off the autoroute - the one between the Monaco and Menton exits. As you can see, it's so much more than that...
This does look like a quiet and charming refuge from the glitz and glamour of Monte Carlo.

Yes, this is most attractive, Jilly. Especially with the sun striking it just so. And look at that pot on the RHS. That would cost a fortune to buy, to fill with soil. And to move it would require many strong, young men. Ahha ... now there is a method in that madness, I see.
