I noticed that quite a number of boats were registered in the West Indies. For some reason, a few were registered in the Isle of Man.
I enjoy this series every year. Many Americans have the impression that it is difficult to be rich in Europe because of higher taxation (here, it seems the more you've got the less you pay). These illustrations show that we're wrong. It's a fascinating if somewhat repulsive display of ostentation.
