The parasol keeps her cool but that tight bustier can't be comfortable on a hot day. I guess comfort doesn't come into it...

Where could someone be going to be dressed like that during the day? Oh. I forgot. This is Monte Carlo. She must be on her way to do some grocery shopping or to watch her children at football/soccer practice.
A shame that you didn't get a frontal shot, as I bet she's wearing sunglasses that match her dress
Such a picture of femininity... something that's lost sometimes in t-shirts, sneakers and jeans.
