Judith, thanks for kind words. It's simply a reflection in the glass of the shop. When I took the shot I wanted him in the background but had no idea he was being reflected too. Simply luck!
I can't tell whether she is saying "Come on, let's take a look inside" or "Come on, let's go, you don't need another one of those."
