Monaco, taken from Roquebrune at 07h.15 yesterday.
There's a new roundabout on the way to Monaco from Menton and miraculously, there were several newly created (and empty) parking spaces nearby. It's always been impossible to park in this particular place. I crossed the road and snapped. Should have lugged the tripod out of the car so it's just a hand-held shot.

ReplyDeleteSome 25 years ago I used to walk/run from Menton around Cap Martin to see this view. Lately I had the chance to fly over Monaco into Nice, how much it has changed in those years!
ReplyDeleteAt 7 in the morning it is not too difficult to get a parking anywhere on the coast. Even in August.
Peaceful is a good word here.
