President and Michelle Obama have said that they made a family pact with their daughters that if either of them get a tattoo, everyone in the family must get the same tattoo in the same place.
Once I was defending a deposition of a witness who was retired, and he showed up in a short sleeve shirt with a tattoo that said "Shirley" on his forearm. The questions from the other attorney and his answers included the following:
There's some really fantastic artwork around, but it's not something for me. As well as the pain, I don't think they are something that matches my personality. But then, would my personality change if I got one?
This raises the question:

I wonder if you have to cross over to France for tats.
Each tattoo tells a story about the personality of the owner.

A: Yes.
Q: Is you wife's name Shirley?
A: No. Shirley is my ex-wife . Big mistake.

A: Both.

ReplyDeleteTattoos are a fashion. Fashion is temporary but tattoos are permanent. Go figure!
