A Walk on 'le rocher'


This was taken on le rocher - the palace is behind me and this couple are walking towards the barrier where they'll look down on the glorious view of Port Hercule and the yachts with the Christmas village and ice-rink alongside.

I couldn't decide if I liked it better in colour or black and white - so here are both!

    I'm not a fan of B&W. The coloured photo still brings out the light and the shadows plus the lights are seen the way they are meant to be.

    As a side note: The top floor apartment in the building behind the couple was on sale a couple years ago for over 5 million euros. Right in front of the Palace, overlooking the harbor as well. Great security. Not sure if it sold.
