Nicky and Mojo

This is my lovely friend Nicky Fraser with her French bulldog Mojo.  He's doing his best to do what he wants to do and not what Nicky wants him to do!

Nicky, who lives in Monaco, is a very talented lady.  She's an Aromatherapist, a Feng Shui consultant and a Chinese Astrologer. You can find Nicky on her FACEBOOK page.

Lovers' Lookout

There I was photographing the German Shepherd and somehow the young lovers crept into the photo.  The bench is on the Sentier Nietsche - this is the walk that goes from Eze village way down the hillside to Eze Bord de Mer.  The beautiful German Shepherd is Roxanne and she's 8 years old.  You can see a close up of Roxanne at Riviera Dogs.

Monte Carlo Dogs

Not all Monte Carlo ladies strut around in 6 inch heels. Some, like these two ladies,  are more interested in their dogs and were taking a rest with them on a bench in the Casino Gardens.  Note the water bowl.

The Griffon is called Xena and she is 4 years old. And the Jack Russell terrier is called Lana and she is 3.

Both are rescue dogs now living a wonderful life in Monaco with these two fabulous Monte Carlo ladies.

Pollution Forbidden!

We're in the village of La Turbie today - way above Monaco.

Let's hope the dog can read and if not, that his owner takes due note.  Normally small plastic bags are readily available from dispensers in the street although many dog owners carry doggy poop bags in small bone-shaped containers fixed to the dog's collar. 

I wonder why someone has written 'I love dollars' on the sign ...

No Finish Line - the Dog too...

...and the dogs walk or run for charity too. They have a No Finish Line tag attached to their collar.

La Turbie - Pick up after your Dog!

This poster, fixed to an old gate, says 'Me too, I love clean sidewalks when I'm rolling.' You'll see many posters like this in towns and villages, encouraging people to clean up after their dogs. Quite right!

The Ranger RZR by Polaris + Dog

This sexy vehicle was parked outside Stars n Bars where its owner was eating lunch. It wasn't until I went around the back that I saw the cute little Jack Russell.

The car, known as a Razor, is a side-by-side ATV (all terrain vehicle) only 50 inches wide, weighs 945 pounds and has a 4-stroke twin-cylinder 800 cc engine.
